Bronze Buddha Statue in Royal Attire – Thailand, ca. 1880–1930
This solid bronze Buddha statue depicts the crowned Buddha seated in Dhyana Mudra, holding a stylized ritual vessel. Cast by the traditional lost-wax process, the figure shows fine hand-chased detail in the robe, crown, facial contours, and lotus throne. The dark brown patina, natural oxidation and subtle surface pitting confirm authentic age and traditional bronze craftsmanship.
